Procedure

Mango ka chhilka utarkar dho le aur chote chote tukde me Kat le. Ek kadai me oil Dale aur garam hone PR isme heeng aur haldi Dale achhe SE mix kare aur ab mango k tukde ko add kr k fry kr le.Ek taraf meethi dana,jeera,kalunji ko bhoon kr isko dardara koot le. Ab fry mango me Pisa kuta hua masala Mila de aur namak  aur Lal mirch powder add kr de. Achhe SE mix kare fr gur or jagrey Mila de 1cup Pani add kare aur thodi Det dhak kr paka le.
