4 boil aloo
1 chopped pyaz
2hari mirch
Barik kata hua hara dhania
Namak
Lal mirch powder
Oil or Desi ghee
Aata

Procedure

Sabse pahle aloo ko boil kr lenge. Jab Tak aloo boil honge ham aata laga lenge. Boil aloo ko chhilka utarkr mash kr le aur isme barik kata pyaz add kr de. Ab kata hara mirch,namak,hara dhania,lal mirch powder mix kr. Ab poori stuffing achhe SE mix kare jisse masale Sabi aloo me mix ho jaye.ab aate ko ek neebu k size me le le aur isko gahra krte hue stuffing bharne ki jagah bana le. Stuffing 1-2spoon bhar le ab isko band kre aur hatho ki madad SE roti ko thoda badha le fr belan ki madad SE halke hatho SE bel le. Ab garam tawa PR paratha ko Dale aur ghee or oil ki madad SE isko dono taraf SE paka le. In aloo k paratho PR aap butter laga k dahi ya chatni k sath kha skte hain. Dhanywad
