Procedure

Iske bad aloo mix kare aur galdi powder dhania powder garam masala aur aamchur powder Mila de aur namak swadanusar.filling samose k liye taiyar Hai.

Samose k liye maida taiyar karege. Jisme maida me oil n namak Mila kr gungune pani SE aata taiyar kr le. Aata ko 15-20 min k liye rakh de. Ab aate SE we roti banane jitna aata nikal le aur use 5-6 inch k vyas me roti jaisa bale de. Roti ko do bhago me chaku ki madad SE Kat de aur jaha SE roti ko kata Hai waha SE modte hue shanku knaakar ka bana le aur jod PR pani SE chipka de fr upar SE aloo ki filling bhar de aur jagah ko bi thoda pane laga k chipka de.
