Procedure

Pakoda banane k liye ek bartan me aadhe SE Jada besan le kr use namak n Lal mirch powder Mila de aur thoda thoda Pani dalte hue isko fete. Kam SE kam 10-15 min Tak besan ko fete. Ab hamara besan pakodao k liye taiyar Hai ki nhi iske liye ek katori me pani le aur thoda sa besan Matlab like one drop katori ki Pani me dal kr dekhe agar besan Pani me upar aa jaye Matlab ab aapka besan pakodao k liye taiyar Hai aur agar nhi aata Hai to aap besan to thodi der rakh kr dobara fete. Ab kadai me oil Dale aur garam hone PR  spoon ki madad SE ya hath SE ek ek pakoda kadai me Dale. Pakode pakne k bad ham ek better taiyar karenge isme ek  pyale me half cup besan ko dahi k sath Mila le aur takriban 4cup Pani add kare.Ab kadai me thoda oil dalenge fr usme sabut lal mirch,meethi Dana,heeng,haldi powder dalne k bad besan ka ghol dal denge aur kadhi ko kuch der chalate hue pakayenge usme ubal aane PR pakoda add kr de aur dhemi gas PR 20-30 min k liye pakaye. Khadi pakne k isme swadanusar namak add kr le. Dhanywad.
