Procedure

Sabse pehle ham aata ko paratha k liye gooth kr rakh denge. Ab phool gobhi me phool wala part ham kaddu kas me grade(kisna)kr lenge. Ab isme kisa hua adrak,Hari mirch,Lal mirch powder,hara dhania aur namak add kr lenge.Ab neebu k size ka aata lekar uska peda banakar usme stuffing bharne ka space banakar stuffing bhar denge aur usko hath SE band kr k halke hatho SE belan ki madad SE bel lenge. Ab garam tawa PR oil ya Desi ghee ki madad SE paratha ko achhi tarah SE dono taraf SE paka le. Inhe aap chatni k sath kha skte hain. Dhanywad.
