Procedure

Ek bowl me pani garam karenge aur Nutella ko usme 5 min k liye bhigo de fr cold water SE achhi tarah dho kr saf kr le.ek pan me oil garam kare oil aur  Nutella ko light brown hone tak fry kr le. Ab nutella sabji banane ko taiyar Hai.

Ab ham mixer me pyaz,tamatar,adrak ka tukda,Hari mirch,lahsun ki Kali ki dalkar paste bana lenge.

Cooker ko gas PR rakh kr garam kare oil add kare have oil garam ho jaye isme jeera add kr de aur khada garam masala. In masalo ko 1 min k liye paka le ab masale ka paste add kr de air inko tab Tak byune jab Tak oil masalo SE alag na ho jaye masala bhunne k bad is dry masala add kare haldi powder dhania powder kitchen king masala aur namak aap k taste k according. 2min k liye in sab masalo ko bhoon le. Ab isme Nutella add kr le aur matar bi achhe SE mix hone k bad cooker ka dhakan laga kar de aur 3 vessel k bad gas band kr de. Sabji ko slow gas PR hi pakaye kyuki sabji bina Pani k Hai to tej gas me jal jayegi. Steam nikalne k bad cooker khole aur garnish k liye hara dhania add kar de. Aap k sabji khane k liye taiyar Hai.
