Moongphali k Dane 200 gram
Badam 8-9 PC's
Kaju 10-12 PC's
Kishmish 12-17 PC's
Coconut k tukde
Oil
Namak
Haldi powder
Lal mirch powder
Sugar 1spoon

Procedure

Ek pan ko garam karenge aur usme poha ki low flam me roast karenge. Roast hone PR iso kisi bartan me nikal le. Ab pan NE oil add kare aur moongphali k Dane ko bhoon le ab is dry fruits add kr de fr haldi powder,Lal mirch powder,sugar add kr de ab achhe SE mix kare fr poha add kr de aur sath hi namak according to taste. Ab gas off kr k Sabi cheejo ko achhe SE mix kare aur mankeen taiyar hai. Isko aap kisi air tight container me 7-10 days k liye rakh sakte hain.
