Procedure

Ek chalni me poha Dale aur isko haldi k Pani SE dho de chali ko 2min k rakh de jisse Sara Pani nikal Jaye aur poha khila hua nikal aaye. Ab ek pan garam kare usme oil dale garam hone PR moongphali k Dane tal le a musterd seeds,mirch add kr de aur poha mix kare. Isko achhe SE Mila le ab isme neebu ka rasa sugar n namak add kr de. Ab gas band kr de garnising k liya kata hua hara dhayia,chopped pyaz n tamatar add kr de aur kuch besan ki saw add kre.
