Aur Pani add kare aur lemon juice n ice cube add kr de. Dhanyawad 

Kachha mango galka

Ingredients Kachha mango 250gram Gur ( jagry) 250 gram Kalunji Lal mirch powder Namak Oil Sauf Jeera Meethi Dana Heeng Haldi Procedure Mango ka chhilka utarkar dho le aur chote chote tukde me Kat le. Ek kadai me oil Dale aur garam hone PR isme heeng aur haldi Dale achhe SE mix kare aur ab mango k tukde ko add kr k fry kr le.Ek taraf meethi dana,jeera,kalunji ko bhoon kr isko dardara koot le. Ab fry mango me Pisa kuta hua masala Mila de aur namak  aur Lal mirch powder add kr de. Achhe SE mix kare fr gur or jagrey Mila de 1cup Pani add kare aur thodi Det dhak kr paka le.

Aloo ki pakodi

Ingredients Aloo 2 2spoon besan Namak Lal mirch powder Oil Procedure Aloo ko patli patli slices me Kat kr Pani me dal de. Ab ek bowl le isme aloo k slice Dale us PR besan namak n Lal mirch powder dalne kr achhe SE mix kare. Ab thoda Pani add kare itna ki besan aloo ki slice ko cover kr le. Ab ek kadhai me oil leak aur garam hone PR usme ek ek kr slices dal de aur light brown color aane Tak isko paka le. Aap ki aloo ki simple pakodi taiyar Hai.

Gobhi ka paratha

Ingredients 1 phool gobhi Hari mirch Lal mirch Namak Hara dhania Adarak dedh inch ka tukda Oil or ghee Aata Procedure Sabse pehle ham aata ko paratha k liye gooth kr rakh denge. Ab poori stuffing achhe SE mix kare jisse masale Sabi aloo me mix ho jaye.ab aate ko ek neebu k size me le le aur isko gahra krte hue stuffing bharne ki jagah bana le. Stuffing 1-2spoon bhar le ab isko band kre aur hatho ki madad SE roti ko thoda badha le fr belan ki madad SE halke hatho SE bel le. Ab garam tawa PR paratha ko Dale aur ghee or oil ki madad SE isko dono taraf SE paka le. In aloo k paratho PR aap butter laga k dahi ya chatni k sath kha skte hain. Dhanywad

Ingredients 2 aloo Oil Methi Dana Heeng Haldi powder Lal sabut mirch Namak Besan Dahi Procedure Kadahai me oil garam kare ab isme Lal sabut mirch,methi Dana dal kr bhoon le.ab isme heeng aur haldi powder add kre. Aloo Kate hue mix kare ab namak add kr k isko dhak kr paka le. Ab ek bartan le jisme 2spoon besan aur 1bowl dahi ko add kr le aur achhe SE mix kare jisse gulthi na rahe aur 3cup Pani add kare. Ab check kare aloo pak gya Hai pakne PR isme dahi aur besan ka mixture add kr le aur 15 min k liye paka le khuli kadahi me dheemee gas PR. 

Poha ki mankeen

Ingredients Poha 500 gram Moongphali k Dane 200 gram Badam 8-9 PC's Kaju 10-12 PC's Kishmish 12-17 PC's Coconut k tukde Oil Namak Haldi powder Lal mirch powder Sugar 1spoon Procedure Ek pan ko garam karenge aur usme poha ki low flam me roast karenge. Roast hone PR iso kisi bartan me nikal le. Ab pan NE oil add kare aur moongphali k Dane ko bhoon le ab is dry fruits add kr de fr haldi powder,Lal mirch powder,sugar add kr de ab achhe SE mix kare fr poha add kr de aur sath hi namak according to taste. Ab gas off kr k Sabi cheejo ko achhe SE mix kare aur mankeen taiyar hai. Isko aap kisi air tight container me 7-10 days k liye rakh sakte hain.

Matar Nutella ki sabhi

Ingridents Nutella 1cup Matar k Dane 2cup Oil Jeera Khada garam masala( tej patta,badi ilaichi,dal chini,Kali mirch,laung) Hing Pyaz 1 Tamatar 1 Lahsun 4-5 kali Hari mirch 2 Hara dhania Adarak ka dhed inch tukda Haldi powder Dhania powder Kitchen king masala Namak Procedure Ek bowl me pani garam karenge aur Nutella ko usme 5 min k liye bhigo de fr cold water SE achhi tarah dho kr saf kr le.ek pan me oil garam kare oil aur  Nutella ko light brown hone tak fry kr le. Ab nutella sabji banane ko taiyar Hai. Ab ham mixer me pyaz,tamatar,adrak ka tukda,Hari mirch,lahsun ki Kali ki dalkar paste bana lenge. Cooker ko gas PR rakh kr garam kare oil add kare have oil garam ho jaye isme jeera add kr de aur khada garam masala. Ingridents 5parwal 2aloo 2midium size pyaz 2 tamatar Lahsun Hari mirch Hari dhania Daal chini Badi ilaichi Laung Tej Jeera Haldi powder Dhania powder Garam masla Namak Procedure Parwal n aloo ko achhi tarah dho kr Kat k rakh lenge. 2pyaz Hari mirch 2- 5 lahaun ki Kali aur tamatar ka paste mixer me bana le. Ek kukar me oil Dale ab isme tej patta jeera badi ilachi laung ko 2min k liye bhoon le ab isme paste Dale aur tab Tak bhoone jab Tak masala SE oil alag na ho jaye ab isme haldi powder dhania powder garam masala dal kr bhoon le.
